- ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUND.
- CAR SHOW IS OUTDOOR COVERED RAIN OR SHINE.
- NO TRAILERS INSIDE SHOW GROUNDS.
- NO GLASS, PETS, GOLF CARTS, BARBECUE PITS, OR BURNOUTS.
- SHOW CARS MUST REMAND OFF DURING SHOW TIMES (12NOON-6P).
- MOVE IN FOR ALL SHOW CARS WILL BE FROM (6A-11A) ONLY.

Car Show Vendor Registration
All registrations are non-refundable. Event is rain or shine.
At Gulf Coast Slab Fest™ Car Show Commercial Vendors/Exhibitors are permitted to display and sell automotive parts only. The sale of apparel is prohibited unless approved by The Gulf Coast Slab Fest™ Car Show in writing. No vehicles are allowed to be driven in the Vendor Midway area during event/spectator hours. Any other purpose, such as parking, may result in the space being sold or cleared. No subletting of space is allowed. No breaking down of space until 7pm Saturday. Gulf Coast Slab Fest™ Car Show reserves the right to exclude or reject without recourse any person or items which have violated these rules or are otherwise deemed objectionable. Vendors are responsible for all state sales tax and filings. Gulf Coast Slab Fest™ Car Show advertises in many forms which include, physical ads (flyers/magazines/posters), digital ads, viral commercial, numerous car show scene forums, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, our website and on the local radio station.Gulf Coast Slab Fest™ Car Show has been successful in building lasting relationships with our sponsors and vendors and will continue to do so.
